His 20+ year background in serving, educating and facilitating high impact experiences for his clients, all revolves around the Golden Rule. He has high expectations, assumes others to have the same, and will do all he can to deliver the results that he would want. His service oriented approach was honed during many years in the travel and tourism industry leading groups of senior travelers around the world.

As an avid triathlete, Fletch made second career step in the cycling industry introducing brands like Boardman Bikes to North America and being the first ever sales rep in the US for bicycling brand Cervelo. Fletch developed a reputation as a driven evangelist for his brands, for knowing his business well, and then getting back with his customers quickly when he didn’t know the answer to a question.

Fletch is a uniquely passionate person who takes service personally. Now in the midst of his 3rd career step, Fletch has found a home working to assist clients with their real estate needs. Getting to know their requirements and desires and then working to deliver them is what drives his daily activity.
